da Silva Gonzalez has completed his PhD at the age of 28 years from IQ/UNICAMP
and worked as a collaborating researcher in the Physical Chemistry Department
of IQ/UNICAMP (2008-2009) and has a post-doctorate from UNESP (2019) and Ongoing
Postdoctoral Research in Catalysis at UFPR (2025) and specializations in
Neuroscience applied to learning (2023), Nutrition with emphasis on obesity and
weight loss (2025) Phytotherapy applied to nutrition (2025) and, School feeding
(2025). She is an associate professor of UTFPR and professor of PPGTA. She has
published more than 20 papers in reputed journals and she has experience in
Chemistry, with an emphasis on polymers and hydrogels as bioactive materials,
and characterization of antioxidant/anti-inflammatory encapsulated products and
PANCs extracts to food and pharma science.
