Dr. Raida Zribi Zghal is an Associate Professor at the Sfax Preparatory Engineering Institute and a researcher at the Centre of Biotechnology of Sfax, Tunisia, with over 27 years of experience in microbiology and molecular biotechnology, her expertise spans bacterial genomics and bioinformatics. She is currently involved in the Horizon Europe NGS4ECOPROD Twinning project, focusing on the development of innovative biopesticides for the control of vector-borne diseases and agricultural pests. Her research integrates microbial biotechnology, next-generation sequencing, and mutagenesis to create sustainable and safe bio-based products. Dr. Zghal actively collaborates in European research networks and is committed to advancing green technologies in agriculture, environmental protection, and public health.
