Tana Takacova has completed her medical degree at the
Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia,
as well as the Georg-August University in Goettingen and Heidelberg
University School of Medicine in
Germany. In addition, she frequented the lectures of Molecular Medicine as an
honorary guest student at the Georg-August University in Goettingen, the online courses of Medical School Pathology and accomplished the Advanced Biosciences Program at UC Berkeley Extension, USA. Her research
interests involve the topics of the tumour microenvironment, cancer
immunotherapy, and personalized
medicine. Currently, she is completing her residency in Medical Oncology at the Asklepios Klinik Altona in Hamburg,
Germany, as well as pursuing her Master of Science studies in Advanced
Oncology at the University of Ulm, Germany.
