I am delightful to submit to your Gynecology Conference 2022as speaker. I
have graduated with Master of Science in Integrated
Emergency Surgery, obstetric and Gynecology from Jimma University.
And have graduated with Bachelor
of Science in Nursing from Jimma University. I have worked as Emergency Surgeon from Jan. 1/2016 to Oct.21/2018 in Ethiopian
Somali Regional State, Filtu Hospital,
Ethiopia.
I have worked in different departments in the Filtu Hospital as a
Professional Nurse. I have worked in all wards of the Hospital through rotation
back when I was serving as a Nurse.
As an Emergency Surgeon I was very Compassionate,motivated and humble
when I was serving the Population surrounding Filtu town and Liben zone
(Somali).I have an extensive background of success In improving Comprehensive
Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Cares and in managing emergency surgical cases
including Road Traffic Accidents in Remote areas. Currently,I have been working as Emergency Surgeon in Bele Hospital,Wolaita Zone,Southern
region, Ethiopia from Oct.28/2018 to
present in Mentoring,Coaching and coordinating Bele Hospital MNCH staffs
and Woreda health centers.
In addition, I’m working as vice president of Ethiopian Emergency Surgery
Association and member of National Confidential Enquiry Reviewer Committee.
