Gynecology Surgeries

Gynecology Surgeries encompass a range of surgical procedures aimed at diagnosing or treating conditions related to the female reproductive system. Common types of gynecological surgeries include:

  1. Hysterectomy: Removal of the uterus, which may be performed for conditions like fibroids, endometriosis, or cancer.

  2. Laparoscopy: A minimally invasive procedure using small incisions and a camera to diagnose and treat various issues, such as endometriosis or ovarian cysts.

  3. Myomectomy: Surgical removal of fibroids from the uterus, preserving the uterus for future pregnancies.

  4. D&C (Dilation and Curettage): A procedure to remove tissue from the inner lining of the uterus, often performed after a miscarriage or to diagnose uterine conditions.

  5. Oophorectomy: Removal of one or both ovaries, typically due to cysts, tumors, or cancer.

  6. Pelvic Floor Surgery: Procedures aimed at correcting pelvic organ prolapse or urinary incontinence.
