Targeted and immunotherapy approaches

Targeted and immunotherapy approaches focus on treating blood and vascular disorders by precisely attacking disease pathways and enhancing the body’s immune response. Targeted therapies work by blocking specific molecular abnormalities—such as gene mutations, signaling proteins, or growth receptors—responsible for disease progression. Immunotherapies strengthen or reprogram the immune system using methods such as monoclonal antibodies, checkpoint inhibitors, bispecific antibodies, vaccines, and CAR-T cell therapy to recognize and destroy abnormal cells. Together, these approaches offer more effective, personalized, and less toxic treatment options compared with traditional therapies.
