Title: Differences In Gray Matter Atrophy and Visual Short-term Memory For Early Onset Versus Late Onset Parkinson’s Disease Patients and Rem Sleep Behavior Disorder
I am Tasneem Irshaid I was born and raised in Jordan and currently living in Jordan. I am 24 years old. I continued my studies after high school abroad and graduated with a bachelors of degree of Neuroscience from DePaul University in Chicago Illinois, USA at August 2021. Throughout my studies at DePaul, I was able to write two research proposals one of them about Parkinson’s disease and REM sleep behavior disorder and the other is about Schizophrenia. I learned about the brain, its functions, illnesses and read many research studies. In my neuro research method class we were able to go through all different aspects of research such as behavioral, molecular, computational neuroscience. My goals for the future is to participate in research studies as well as to go for grad school and finish my pHD. Digging deeper into neuroscience and understand more of the neuroscientific world and becoming a full time researcher by spending more time in the lab is one of my aspirations.
