Akella Lakshmi Sowjanya is a Master’s graduate in Optometry from Bharimaiya college of Optometry with over 13 years of clinical experience in the field of eye care and vision sciences. Her clinical expertise includes specialized contact lenses, orthoptics, low vision aids, and neuro-optometry. She has extensive experience in comprehensive eye examinations, binocular vision assessment, vision therapy, and rehabilitation services for patients with visual impairment and neurological visual disorders. Passionate about patient-centered eye care, she is actively involved in promoting awareness of preventive eye health and evidence-based optometric practices. Her professional interests also include community eye care, pediatric optometry, and advancements in modern vision rehabilitation techniques. Dedicated to continuous learning and quality clinical service, she strives to improve visual outcomes and enhance the quality of life for patients through compassionate and comprehensive optometric care.
