Dr. Mai Rady is a postdoctoral fellow and researcher of Pharmaceutical Technology in the faculty of pharmacy at the German University in Cairo (GUC). She has received her PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from German University in Cairo – Department of Pharmaceutical Technology in 2016.
She has acquired her Bachelor degree of Pharmacy from Ain Shams University, class 2007, She Acquired her Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from German University in Cairo in 2013. She has 13 years experience in teaching Pharmaceutical technology courses as a teaching assistant and lecturer. She also had some industrial experiences covering formulation and quality control of many pharmaceutical products. During her 11 years of Academic career, Dr. Mai has managed to lead teams of teaching assistants in theoretical and practical courses for continuous improvement of course’s material, implementing efficient teaching plans. She managed to develop and invent new experiments and formulations in the practical courses and to utilize the faculty facilities to deliver to the students the most developed techniques in formulations and quality control. In addition, she has a significant share in supporting administrative responsibilities as a member of the faculty advising committee, counseling committee, and the faculty quality assurance and accreditation committee.
Recently, Dr. Mai has been focused on the application of human development techniques in teaching plans and counseling of students with the focus on mind mapping, time management, communication and presentation skills.
