Romchat received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences from Faculty of Pharmacy, Chiang Mai University in 2005 and 2010, respectively. She began her carrier as a researcher in nano-cosmeceutical laboratory with the National Nanotechnology Center in Thailand. Later, She moved to Singapore to do a postdoc at Department of Pharmacy, the National University of Singapore and then she went on to work in R&D department at the GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Pte Ltd., Singapore as a Senior Scientist. She is currently a faculty member of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University.
