Abstract
At D6, we are redefining what’s possible in sustainable packaging. As the fastest design-to- market plastic manufacturer in the industry, our vertically integrated, consumer recycle unit looped domestic and international system provides a transparent and efficient model for responsible production and consumption. Our commitment to environmental stewardship is anchored in our goal to be carbon-negative by 2035.
As EPR regulations are enforced globally and corporate ESG expectations increase, D6 serves as a critical bridge for companies aiming to meet recyclability and post-consumer recycled content targets. By replacing virgin plastic with food-grade recycled PET and aluminum, we help our partners avoid large scale GHG emissions annually.
This presentation explores how D6’s innovative technologies. We will review our EcoVisor platform and RFID-enabled smart packaging frictionless checkout/recycling, drive traceability, auditability, and accountability across the packaging lifecycle. This session will also cover Responsible End Markets, domestic community-based recycling units (CRUs) and our state-of-the-art tray to tray recycling facility with self-contained water treatment system. D6 is in the process of building scalable, circular solutions to combat global plastic recycling issues.
Our message is clear: climate action in packaging must be practical, data-driven, and systems-based. There is no single solution; but by focusing on vertical integration, measurable outcomes, and collaboration with world class brands and producers, D6 proves that modern outside the box recycling innovation can be both economically viable and environmentally impactful.
