Title: Circular Economy in Practice : The Case of Developing Countries.
Denis Hyams-Ssekasi joined the University in April 2015 following 12 years’ experience of delivering Business and Management courses on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the UK Higher Education. Prior to this, he worked as a senior lecturer, module leader, course-co-ordinator of Management and Leadership programmes at the University of Huddersfield. He holds undergraduate honours and postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Education and a teaching qualification. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development as well as a Senior Fellow member of the Higher Academy.
Denis have a proven and sustained record of accomplishment of contribution to students’ learning and development. He has been involved in student research related to flexible working, employee engagement and behavior in the workplace and have successfully led a number of teaching and learning initiatives including personal development planning, employability and mentoring projects. His research interests include Strategic Management and Leadership, Entrepreneurship, High-Performance Work Systems, Employee Performance, Internationalization, Outsourcing, International Transitions, Intercultural communications and social impacts.
