Biography

Henrike Schmitz is an artistic associate at University of Art and Design Halle. Before that she gained important experience as an engineer at SOEX Textil-Verwertungsgesellscha m.b.H, which strongly influenced her research approach in the field of circular knitting and strategies for recycled content and recyclable products. Besides that she maintains a network with industrial partners, institutions and collaborators along the textile chain.
