Director for National Blood Transfusion Council, Deputy Commissioner (Immunization,) He has been awarded the fellowship from various national international organizations such as WHO, UNAIDS, British Council and Australian AIDS. In the field of universal immunization, polio, RCH, Tuberculosis, HIV, blood Safety, Sexual & Reproductive Health etc. In addition he is member of many technical committee and professional associations and has been awarded with many public health champion awards. He has to his credit many research articles published in various national and international journals.
