Previously, she led the mentoring efforts at Northwell Health, where she successfully launched a mentoring program for healthcare executives, implemented a peer coaching program, and developed learning experiences for leaders. In 2024 Cicy launched the Leading Ladies Who Lunch Podcast, dedicated to empowering women on their leadership journey in corporate.

This speech aims to demonstrate the power of using an Appreciative Inquiry mindset to fuel collaboration, respect, professionalism, and creating space for imaginative exploration among team members while harnessing strengths to achieve individual and collective goals. Participants will gain practical insights and actionable takeaways to enhance their leadership approach through this model rooted in positive psychology where every voice is heard and valued.
