Biography

Dr. Yevgen Shagov is a medical doctor, PhD, entrepreneur, Associate Professor at Kyiv Medical University, and one of the pioneers of Age Management and preventive medicine in Ukraine. He is the founder and architect of the AM System ecosystem, focused on biological age, resilience, longevity, and personalized health navigation.

For more than 15 years, Dr. Shagov has been developing an integrated approach to human health, performance, biological age management, and longevity. His work combines clinical practice, preventive medicine, laboratory diagnostics, body composition analysis, lifestyle medicine, metabolic and hormonal optimization, and data-driven decision systems for personalized health strategies.

He is also developing AMAI — a human resilience and longevity navigation system designed to assess biological age, identify key limiting factors, and build personalized strategies for maintaining energy, health, and functional capacity under the pressure of modern life.
