Determination of phenolic compounds in Calendula Officinalis L.
Agustina Guiberteau, Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the University of Extremadura (UEx), Spain. Her research focuses on the development of analysis methods using different techniques (electrochemistry, HPLC, spectrophotometry…) for the quantification of analytes of interest in different matrices such as food (olive oil, juices, etc.), water (pesticides …); and in biological fluids. On the other hand, the use of chemometric methods, to resolve overlapping signal in different matrices. In aspects of teaching, she has participated in the preparation of the new degree in chemistry, responsibility in the mobility and external practices of students of (2003-2011) of the faculty of Science (UEx). Too, she has collaborated in the evaluation of degrees in other universities. Also, responsibilities in aspects of the organization of teaching in the UEx. She belongs to different commission of organization in the university and Governing Council of the University.
