Visa Requirements:

• Valid travel document (minimum validity = 6 months);
  
• Onward / return ticket;
• Entry facilities to next destination;
• Sufficient funds to stay in UK and
• Visa for UK (if applicable):

1. If you require a visa to enter UK, please approach the British embassy nearest to you, for information on visa application and submission procedures, list of documents required, application fees payable and to obtain visa application forms.
2. The visa application process can take at least 2 months to complete, so it is important that you start your application as soon as possible to ensure you receive your visa before traveling to the Neuroscience and Brain Disorders Forum 2020.
   
3. Scholars Conferences will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visas only.
   
4. Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Scholars Conferences, including the inability to obtain a visa.
