Title: What implies registered nurses leadership close to older adults in municipal home health care? A systematic review


Biography

Mrs M Claesson is a doctoral student in ‘Human perspectives of care’ at the University of Borås, Sweden, and has been a registered nurse for 25 years, with specialist training in anesthesia care and home health care nursing.

 

Her ongoing research project, which began in September 2017, is expected to conclude in December 2022. The project is being conducted at the Academy of Health, Working Life and Welfare, The University of Boras.

 

The project aims to explore and increase knowledge of the registered nurse’s leadership close to older adults in municipal home health care environments from different perspectives, such as next of kin and home care workers, to create an evidence-based foundation.
