This session presents research on controlling and measuring mechanical oscillators using light, exploring phenomena such as quantum ground state cooling, optomechanical entanglement, and applications in force sensing and quantum transduction. The session will also highlight the integration of optomechanical systems with other quantum platforms for hybrid quantum technologies.
