Dmitry Yu. Tsipenyuk, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, serves as an Associate Professor at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Russia, and at Moscow Polytechnic University, Moscow, Russia. He is also a senior scientist at the Prokhorov General Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the scientific editor of the VINITI journal in Physics (All-Russian Institute for Scientific and Technical Information). He is the author of over 75 scientific works and holds 10 patents in areas including 5-dimensional space, quantum electronics, laser physics, remote sensing, and laser spark analysis of matter elemental composition. His research has been supported by grants from the American Physical Society, the American Optical Society, the International Science Foundation, and Rockwell International, USA.
