Shifting Mechanisms of Health Literacy on Health Participation Among Elementary Students: A Grade- Stratified Chain Mediation Analysis
Yuxing Wang is a postgraduate researcher at the School of Health Policy and Management, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College. Her research focuses on health education, health literacy, and health behavior promotion, with a primary emphasis on the schoolaged population.
She has played a key role in provincial and ministerial-level projects investigating the internal mechanisms of health literacy among elementary students. Her recent work utilize advanced chain mediation modeling to analyze how children's health participation transitions between knowledge-driven and motivation-driven pathways across different developmental stages. While also contributing to research on geriatric immunization and national public health policies, Yuxing specializes in developing evidence-based, grade-tailored interventions to enhance childhood health literacy. She has published multiple peer-reviewed papers in high-impact journals, including BMC Public Health, Vaccines, and Expert Review of Vaccines.
