Title: The patients’ perspectives on the influence of ‘Ideal Clinic Status’ on quality of care provision in eThekwini District, South Africa
Dr. N.N. Mazibuko, is a distinguished registered nurse and academic whose career encompasses Clinical Practice, Health Services Management, and Nursing Education. She commenced her professional training at Chris Hani Baragwanath Nursing College, earning a Diploma in General Nursing, Community Nursing, Psychiatry, and Midwifery. She subsequently obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management and Nursing Education from the University of South Africa, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Care Nursing at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Advancing her scholarly pursuits, she completed both a Master’s and Doctoral Degree in Nursing Research at the Durban University of Technology.
Her professional experience includes service across hospital departments, extensive work in Primary Healthcare as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, and leadership as Nursing Services Manager. Academically, she has lectured at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and currently lecturing Primary Health Care and or Health Services Management at the Durban University of Technology, contributing significantly to nursing scholarship and practice in South Africa.
