Title: Women in Technology and Innovation
Oluwaninsola Odunuga is a passionate advocate for gender diversity in technology and innovation. I
am the Team Lead Digital Product Design at Fidelity Bank Plc. I have dedicated my career to
breaking down barriers and fostering inclusivity in STEM fields. With my years of experience in this
financial field, I bring both expertise and a deep commitment to my work.
Having successfully led various initiatives, I am recognized for my projects: The redesign of fidelity
bank mobile app. I also got an award of recent for one of my freelance roles which the website/portal
came out as the best E-payment website for year 2023. Through my research and advocacy, I strive to
create a more equitable landscape for women in technology. Beyond my professional endeavors, I
mentor and train young designers, empowering the next generation of women in STEM. I belief in the
power of collaboration and aim to inspire positive change in the tech and innovation community.
Today, I'm thrilled to share insights from our work on empowering women in the realm of technology
and innovation.
Objectives: Our primary goal is to address the gender gap in technology and innovation. We aim to
identify barriers, propose strategies for inclusivity, and showcase the remarkable contributions of
women in these fields.
Scope: Our study encompasses a comprehensive analysis of the current state of women's participation
in technology and innovation. We explore educational, professional, and societal factors that impact
their involvement.
