Proposals are reviewed regularly by the Scholars Conferences family and at present we have availability for 2020 and 2021 only.
Your proposed conference topic must relate to a Pharma, Healthcare, Science, Technology and Medicine subject. We are renowned for attracting a deliberately smaller audience size of approximately 50-100 participants which allows us to deliver an unforgettable and intense scientific experience. The audience size promotes an informal atmosphere which stimulates constant interaction and discussion across our two or three day programs.
We have a dedicated team of highly accomplished advisors and a whole lot of young enthusiasts, Scholars Conferences is having a demonstrated experience in delivering some of the successful academic and business conferences across the globe for an exemplary and thought provoking exhibition of knowledge from the industry level experts and scientific research fraternity.
If your proposal is successful, you are likely to be the main organizer for that session and will liaise closely with the Scholars Conferences Team, who will provide full secretariat support.
We work with all the venues throughout the year and please let us know your preferred location so one of the team can advise of suitable venues and current availability. You can also host the conference at your University, Organization, College or Institute.
If your proposal is approved, the conference Chairs are responsible for all scientific aspects of the meeting such as shaping the theme, recruiting speakers, reviewing abstracts, forming the program and composing the post-conference report.
