Vintila Iuliana is an Associate Professor with a PhD in Food Science and Engineering. She specializes in Oil Science and Technology, Catering Management, and Event Tourism Management. Vintila is also the Co-Chair of the Global Harmonization Initiative Nutrition Working Group and actively participates as a member and expert in numerous international organizations and professional structures, including EFFoST and others. Her expertise and contributions to these fields have made her a respected figure in both academia and industry.
