Dr. Adindu Linus-Chibuezeh is a young dynamic and enthusiastic professional known for his contributions in the area of Food Science and Technology. With a strong passion for research, mentoring and teaching, Dr. Linus-Chibuezeh has dedicated his career to advancing knowledge and practice in Food processing, research and development. He holds a doctor of philosophy degree in Food Processing and Engineering from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State Nigeria and has gained extensive experience in teaching, research design and data management.
Dr. Linus-Chibuezeh has been committed to improving nutritive qualities of lesser known and underutilized food materials as well as adding values to root and tubers crops. His work has been published in both local and international peer reviewed journals and he is known for his leadership and innovation. In addition to his professional work, Dr. Linus-Chibuezeh is also an advocate of sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
