Innovations in TB Diagnosis and Treatment

This session will explore the latest breakthroughs in diagnosing and treating tuberculosis, including the use of rapid molecular tests, point-of-care diagnostics, and novel drug regimens. Special attention will be given to addressing multi-drug-resistant (MDR) and extensively drug-resistant (XDR) TB, as well as promising shorter-course therapies currently under development.
