Biography

Dr. Haohai Yu was born in Jinan, China, in 1981 and is a Professor of State Key Laboratory of Crystal Materials Shandong University, Jinan, China. He received the PhD degree from Shandong University, Jinan, in 2008. His current research interests include crystal growth, diode pumped solid-state lasers, and nonlinear optics based on the new crystals. He has published over than 40 papers in refereed international journals, and holds 6 Chinese patents.
