Title: Serum metabolomics for the identification of diagnostic biomarkers of major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder
As a PhD candidate at the School of Public Health, Southeast University,
I am engaged in research work within the group led by Professor Xu Qian. My
research primarily centers on elucidating the metabolic biomarkers associated
with the development of depression-related disorders, with a particular focus
on constructing robust diagnostic and predictive frameworks that integrate
metabolomic profiling with advanced machine learning algorithms. This approach
provides critical insights into the pathophysiological mechanisms and
facilitates a more precise assessment of the onset risk for psychiatric
disorders.
